These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Viamour website and services at viamour.com, including its channels, reels, platform pages and upload tools (the “Service”). The Service is operated by Dead Serious LLC (“Viamour”, “we”, “us”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to bind that organization.
Viamour is the brand and operator behind a growing portfolio of AI-generated short-form video channels, currently including Marmalade Pixels and Murray, with more added over time. We generate short-form video (the “Content”) and publish it natively to social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and Facebook, on behalf of each channel.
The Service also includes tools for a channel owner who connects their own account: pages that show that account’s real videos and statistics (TikTok, YouTube, Meta) and upload forms that publish a video you choose to your own connected account. The Service is in early development and features may change, be limited or be removed.
You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. Viamour has no separate username or password: you sign in through the platform you connect. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your platform credentials secure, and for activity carried out through any connection you authorize.
The Content published on Viamour’s own channels is created by Viamour using AI models, on behalf of the relevant channel (for example Marmalade Pixels or Murray). The characters, settings and stories are fictional. Content is not a statement of fact, and its characters do not represent real people.
Viamour retains all rights in its Content, characters and channel branding. You may watch the Content on its platforms and share links to it. Any other use, including re-uploading, repackaging or commercial use, requires our written permission. Content published on a platform is also subject to that platform’s terms and community guidelines.
You may connect third-party accounts, such as TikTok, YouTube, Facebook and Instagram. When you do, you authorize us to access and act on that account only as needed to provide the features you use, such as publishing content you have approved and reading its performance information. You must comply with each platform’s terms and policies. You can disconnect an account at any time using Disconnect in Viamour, which also revokes our access with the platform, or in the platform’s own settings. Third-party platforms are not controlled by us, and we are not responsible for their availability or actions.
Viamour’s TikTok app is used to publish a channel’s own original Content to that channel’s own connected TikTok account via TikTok’s Content Posting API, and to read that same account’s own video list and engagement stats via TikTok’s Login Kit / Display API, after the account owner explicitly authorizes the connection. It does not act on behalf of, or access data for, any TikTok account that has not authorized Viamour. Posts are subject to TikTok’s Terms of Service, Community Guidelines and Music Usage Confirmation, and to its commercial-content disclosure rules.
Connecting YouTube uses Google’s sign-in and the YouTube API Services. By connecting, you are also bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google handles your information under the Google Privacy Policy. You can also review and revoke Viamour’s access at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Connecting Facebook and Instagram uses Facebook Login and Meta’s Graph API for the Pages and Instagram professional accounts you choose to share. Your use is subject to Meta’s terms and policies, including the Meta Platform Terms. You can remove Viamour in your Facebook settings under Business Integrations.

The Service uses automated processes and AI models. Generated Content and displayed statistics may be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed or unsuitable. They are not professional, legal or financial advice. We do not guarantee any particular result, including views, followers, reach, engagement or income, or that a platform will accept, keep or recommend a post. Statistics are read live from each platform’s own interface and are only as accurate and current as the platform makes them.
The Service depends on third-party platforms and their programming interfaces, which can change, limit access or fail without notice. We may change, pause or discontinue any part of the Service, and we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.
The Service is currently provided in an early-access state. If fees are introduced, we will present the pricing and terms to you before you are charged.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use information, including the data we receive from TikTok, Google and Meta, how long we keep it, and how to delete it. It is part of these Terms.
The Service, including its software, design and branding, is owned by Viamour and its licensors. Except for Your Content, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service under these Terms. Except as stated in these Terms, no rights in Viamour’s Content, characters or marks are granted to you.
If you believe material on the Service or published through it infringes your copyright, email support@viamour.com with a description of the work, where the material appears, your contact details, and a statement that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner. We may remove the material and may end the access of repeat infringers.
The Service links to platforms and sites that we do not own or control. We are not responsible for their content, policies or practices, and a link is not an endorsement.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Viamour will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or US$100.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Viamour from claims and costs arising from Your Content, content you approve for publication, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you violate these Terms or if needed to protect the Service or others. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
We may update these Terms. If a change is material we will give reasonable notice, for example on the site or by email. Continued use after the change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Viamour about the Service. If a provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our not enforcing a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of the Service. We may give notices by posting them on the site or by email.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California, and you consent to that jurisdiction.
