Privacy Policy

Viamour ("we", "us") is the brand and operator behind a portfolio of AI-generated short-form video channels, published to social media platforms including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook. This policy covers Viamour's apps registered with TikTok and Google (YouTube), and any other platform integration Viamour operates on behalf of the channels it runs — including channels Viamour produces for outside creators and businesses (see our Contact page), not only channels Viamour owns itself. Viamour is operated by Dead Serious LLC.

What we collect

Viamour operates three social-platform integrations: TikTok, YouTube (Google) and Facebook & Instagram (Meta). Each requests only the OAuth scopes and permissions needed to operate the channel accounts connected to it.

TikTok

video.publish — to publish a channel's own video content to its own connected TikTok account.
user.info.basic — to display the connected account's nickname and avatar back to the person who connected it.
user.info.stats and video.list — to read that same connected account's own follower/like counts and its own published videos' view/like/comment/share counts, shown on our Analytics page.

Each TikTok account is connected only after its owner explicitly authorizes Viamour via TikTok's own OAuth consent screen. We do not collect, store, or process personal data belonging to TikTok viewers or other TikTok users — only the credentials and aggregate stats belonging to the channel accounts Viamour itself operates.

YouTube (Google)

https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.upload — to publish a channel's own video content to its own connected YouTube channel.
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/yt-analytics.readonly — to read that same connected channel's own performance data (views, watch time, subscriber changes, likes, comments, shares) for videos it has published, used internally to guide future content decisions.
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.readonly — to list a connected channel's own existing videos, shown on our Analytics page, and to reconcile past uploads with our internal records.

Each YouTube channel is connected only after its owner explicitly authorizes Viamour via Google's own OAuth consent screen. We do not collect, store, or process personal data belonging to YouTube viewers or other YouTube users — only the credentials and channel-level data belonging to the channel accounts Viamour itself operates.

Facebook & Instagram (Meta)

pages_show_list — to list the Facebook Pages a connected person manages, so they can choose which Page (and its linked Instagram account) to work with.
pages_manage_posts — to publish a Page's own Reels to that Page.
pages_read_engagement and read_insights — to read that same Page's own follower count, its own videos and Reels, and the performance insights (plays, watch time) of those videos, shown on our Analytics page and used internally to guide future content decisions.
instagram_basic — to read the linked Instagram professional account's own username, profile picture, follower and post counts, and its own published posts.
instagram_content_publish — to publish that Instagram account's own Reels.
instagram_manage_insights — to read the performance insights (reach, views, interactions) of that Instagram account's own posts.

Each Facebook Page and Instagram account is connected only after its owner explicitly authorizes Viamour via Facebook's own login and permissions screen. We do not collect, store, or process personal data belonging to Facebook or Instagram viewers, followers or other users — only the credentials, Page and account details, and aggregate performance data belonging to the Pages and accounts that are connected. To publish to Instagram, Meta requires a public video link, so a video you choose to publish is temporarily stored at a public address on our own media storage and is deleted automatically within 21 days.

Signing in to the Viamour portal (Google)

The Viamour portal at viamour.com/app is where Viamour's operators manage their channels. It is not open to the public: only approved accounts can sign in, and the only way to sign in is with a Google account through Google's own sign-in screen. We request only the openid and email scopes, so Google tells us two things about the account that signs in: its verified email address and Google's unique identifier for the account. We store those two values to decide whether the account is approved and to recognize it on later sign-ins. We do not read your Gmail, contacts, calendar, Drive or any other Google data through this sign-in. Signing in sets one secure, HttpOnly session cookie (valid for up to 30 days) that keeps you signed in; "Sign out" ends the session immediately. We do not use this information for advertising, share it with anyone, or use it for any purpose other than controlling access to the portal. A Google account that is not approved is refused and nothing about it is kept except a count of refused sign-ins. To have your stored email address and Google identifier deleted, contact support@viamour.com; we delete them within 30 days.

How we use your data

We use the data described above exclusively to operate the channel account you've connected: publishing content you've approved, confirming it published successfully, and showing that channel's own real videos and performance data back to its operator on our TikTok, YouTube and Meta pages, to inform future content decisions. We do not use your TikTok, Google, Facebook or Instagram user data for advertising, to build advertising profiles, to train any AI model, or for any purpose unrelated to operating your own connected channel.

Who we share your data with

We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise share your TikTok, Google, Facebook or Instagram user data with any third party, advertiser, or data broker. Video content is generated using a third-party AI video generation service before being published — the prompts and generated video files pass through that service, but your TikTok, Google, Facebook or Instagram account credentials, access tokens, and account data are never sent to it, or to any other third-party service. We may disclose data if required to do so by law.

How we protect your data

Your TikTok, Google, Facebook and Instagram access and refresh tokens are the most sensitive data we hold, since they grant the ability to act on your connected account — we protect them accordingly. They are stored only in access-controlled, private infrastructure: Cloudflare's KV storage (encrypted at rest) for this website's own session data, and a private, access-restricted repository for our automation pipeline's credentials. Tokens are never exposed to any public-facing page, client-side code, or third party. All communication with TikTok's, Google's and Meta's APIs happens over encrypted HTTPS/TLS connections. Session identifiers stored in your browser are marked HttpOnly and Secure, meaning they cannot be read by page scripts and are only ever sent over an encrypted connection. Access to stored credentials is limited to the operators of the specific channel account they belong to.

Data retention and deletion

We retain a connected channel's access and refresh tokens, and the associated channel data described above, for as long as that channel remains connected to Viamour. You may disconnect a channel, and request deletion of all associated data, at any time — by clicking "Disconnect" on our TikTok, YouTube or Meta page, by revoking Viamour's access directly from your TikTok, Google or Facebook account's own settings (for Facebook and Instagram: Settings → Business Integrations → remove Viamour), or by contacting support@viamour.com. Any of these immediately invalidates our stored token. We permanently delete a disconnected channel's stored credentials and associated data within 30 days of disconnection or a deletion request.

How to delete your Facebook and Instagram data

If you connected a Facebook Page and its linked Instagram account to Viamour and want your data deleted, you can do any of the following:

Open the Meta page and click Disconnect. This immediately revokes Viamour's access with Meta and deletes the session, access tokens and cached Page data we hold for you.
Or, in Facebook, go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations, find Viamour and click Remove. Meta stops sharing data with Viamour right away.
Or email support@viamour.com from the address connected to your account, with the subject "Delete my data". We will delete all remaining data associated with your connection and confirm by email within 30 days.

The data we hold for a connected Facebook Page and Instagram account is limited to its access tokens, its name and ID, and the public performance figures shown on our Meta page. A video you chose to publish to Instagram is staged at a temporary public address on our own media storage so Instagram can fetch it, and is deleted automatically within 21 days of upload (or sooner if you ask). We do not hold personal data about your Facebook or Instagram followers or viewers.
